- ●All cruise products on this site are package tours (募集型企画旅行) organized and operated by Yusen Cruise Co., Ltd.
- ●Anchor Infinite Co., Ltd. acts as authorized sub-agent, executing bookings, receiving payment, and handling documentation on behalf of Yusen Cruise.
- ●The travel contract is concluded between the traveler and Yusen Cruise Co., Ltd., with Anchor Infinite acting as their authorized representative.

Payment

Itinerary changes
Yusen Cruise reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, port conditions, or operational reasons. Compensation follows Yusen Cruise's standard terms.
Traveler's responsibilities
Passport, visa, and vaccination requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Any assistance provided by Anchor Infinite in this regard falls outside the scope of the delegation agreement with Yusen Cruise.

Under our delegation agreement, Yusen Cruise Co., Ltd. bears primary responsibility for resolving complaints and claims arising from the cruise itself. Anchor Infinite Co., Ltd. will cooperate with Yusen Cruise in the resolution process where required.
